Administrative Law

Justin has advised and appeared in administrative law matters in federal and State courts, and tribunals.  He has acted for claimants, and governments or public bodies.  The diversity of matters in which he has worked include immigration and refugee cases, parole, public sector employment, and licensing and tenders.
