Justin is General Editor of the Australian Corporations and Securities Reports and Sub-editor of the Queensland Reports.
Justin also currently reports cases for LexisNexis Australia’s Australian Law Reports, Intellectual Property Reports and Administrative Law Decisions. He has previously reported cases for Australian Capital Territory Reports, Family Law Reports, Northern Territory Law Reports, and Fijian Law Reports.
In addition, Justin reports for the New Zealand Conveyancing and Property Reports, the New Zealand Employment Law Reports, the New Zealand Family Law Reports, and the New Zealand Resource Management Appeals.
He is a contributing author to the Australian legal encyclopaedias; LexisNexis’ Halsbury’s Laws of Australia and Thomson Reuters’ The Laws of Australia, with titles including native title, constitutional law, intellectual property, customs, and civil procedure.
