Justin has regularly advised and appeared on behalf of applicants and representative bodies in native title disputes, and other matters arising under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth).  Justin has a thorough and intricate understanding of the complexities of native title, and has acted in relation to claimant applications, indigenous land use agreements, non-claimant applications, and matters arising under the Act involving representative bodies.
